Refund & Replacement Policy

For Physical Art Prints

At ISHIKA DESIGN, each artwork is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom-produced after an order is placed, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been confirmed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ishikadesign@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement if the issue is verified.

Please Note
  • Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and printing differences.

  • Frame finishes and textures may vary slightly depending on production batches.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

Shipping & Delivery
  • All prints are made to order and carefully packed for safe delivery. Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

  • Artwork size

  • Frame selection

  • Product specifications

  • Shipping information
